Research question 003 · Demand context
Notes from the Lab
Seventy percent booked can mean very different things: steady corporate demand, a leisure surge, cancellations before an event, or a competitor price change. The percentage is the same. The business conditions are not.
What could change if a revenue system understood the reasons behind the percentage?

Built on the work already underway
RateHighway has spent more than two decades helping rental operators collect market evidence, apply their strategy, and act on pricing decisions.
That experience matters here. PROJECT APOGEE starts with the details car rental revenue managers use every day: location, vehicle class, utilization, length of rent, one-way rentals, sales channels, operating rules, and human judgment.
PROJECT APOGEE builds on the work behind RateMonitor Elite and investigates questions beyond the scope of a normal product release.
Apollo gives the site its atmosphere: careful preparation, connected systems, and difficult questions. RateHighway’s experience gives the work its substance.
